Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43503859) dated (27/8/1443 AH), regarding the telegram of the General Authority for Foreign Trade No. (22543) and dated (24/8/1443 AH), Concerning what they received from the Office of the Technical Secretariat for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, regarding the decision of the Permanent Committee to Combat Harmful Practices in International Trade No. (44/Mg/2022) By agreeing to accept a request and start achieving the end-of-term review of the final anti-dumping duties imposed on the imports of the GCC states of a product of electric savings (collections) with a capacity of 35 to 115 amps, even if they are rectangular or square with lead and acid of the types used to launch the movement of piston engines (car batteries) And it falls under the customs item (85071000) of the unified customs tariff originating/exporting from the Republic of Korea.
